Recently, a motorcycle biker was charged in Philadelphia with aggravated assault and Possession of an Instrument of Crime (PIC).  The felony and misdemeanor charge came after he allegedly jumped on top of back windshield of a motorist in Center City Philadelphia.  In addition, he will also be charged with criminal mischief, terroristic threats, harassment, disorderly conduct, and disorderly conduct.

Fatal Drug overdose is a serious problem in the United States and overdose is a leading cause of death for people under the age of 50. The latest statistics show more than 109,000 drug deaths in 2022, with a majority coming as the result of the drug fentanyl. Drug deaths nationwide hit a new record in 2022 according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  To combat this growing problem, drug induced homicide statutes are merged.

Philadelphia once again made national headlines for the wrong reasons when hundreds of adults and juveniles looted stores throughout the city.  Crime in Philadelphia continues to skyrocket, especially in Center City, West, and South Philadelphia.  Citing theft and violent crimes, specifically among the youth population, major retailers such as Wawa, Starbucks, and CVS have closed multiple locations in the City while expanding operations in Southern New Jersey and the Pennsylvania suburbs.

As I’ve stated in many of my previous blog articles and strategy books, a criminal problem can happen at any time but there is a greater chance that this could happen whenever there is a large gathering of people and alcohol such as post playoff game win or loss!

He is not an attorney and disregarded the Judge’s Order to leave the Courtroom. He was subsequently taken into custody.  Prior to his arrest, however, he allegedly argued with the Judge, Court staff, and refused at one point to comply with the Sheriff’s commands during his arrest.
