Why being “Super” isn’t enough now or in 2022!

Recently my colleagues selected me as a 2022 Super Lawyer in the field of criminal defense within the Philadelphia metro area which includes Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks and Chester counties in Pennsylvania.

This was my 8th consecutive selection and obviously, I’m grateful for the selection but can’t stress enough the importance of looking beyond an attorney’s awards and other past accolades.  A person who is looking for the right lawyer must look at what the attorney is doing to keep him or herself on top of the latest developments in their area of practice.

These past 18 months have been difficult for law firms with ours included!  Despite these obstacles, our law firm has worked very hard to make improvements in all areas from our technology, to our staff, and the way we approach clients and their families during a very difficult time.

Getting arrested and charged with a crime is scary and certainty not something that any family wants to deal with at any time.  We understand that clients have trusted us with in some cases in lives and in many cases substantial portions of it. 

We  strive to always provide clients with the best information and advice to assist them with their legal issues. Obviously its great to receive awards like “Super Lawyers”, but our firm understands that many of our colleagues and friends will receive the same distinction and that clients and their families expect more from us as professionals.  A professional constantly works on his or her craft and improves regardless of awards or accolades.
